This past spring in my father's war tackle I found the most beautiful Christmas card, sent to him in December 1945 (not long after all the fortunate South West Pacific boys got back home) by his crewmate Ernest Terry, radio operator on the crew of Lt. James M. Atkins in the 321st "Bombs Away" Squadron. As we head into the holidays—80 years later—I thought in might be a nice thing to share.
