90th Bomb Group

Hello all, my grandfather served with the 90th as a copilot. His name was Donald R Waterman. We believe he was in the 400 squadron and he did survive the war. Don’t have a lot of information other than that. Hoping that somebody in the group might know the commanding officer he served with in the aircraft he served on. And all help is greatly appreciated.

The Sunset Project was when those with enough combat time flew serviceable planes back to the US.
