no the guy's in the front row are all enlisted men (sgts&ssg) sergents&staff sergents&tech sergents.your uncle should be one of the men in the back row from the left.there are 4 officers below the rudder with the last man in that row being an e.m.(far right).most pictures have the officers in the rear and the engineer/top turret gunner.we do know by looking at the pictures you posted that golden is the man in the center back row,however jennings is a little harder to figure out he has to be either next to golden on his left or right and i think he is the one to golden's right below the jolly rogers tail markings.
as to the rank insignina a 2lt has a gold bar,1st lt has a silver bar ....these are worn on the collar.the enlisted ranks are as follows:3 stripes=sergent,3 stripes with a t is a tech sergent,3 stripes with a rocker(a arc that closes the bottom of the 3 stripes)=staff sergent

    I believe my uncle is the guy on the far right bottom row.He looks like me and my dad I have his watch which looks like the one in the picture. Are those stripes right for a 2nd Leutenent ?
