Hello, my name is Fred Sardisco, son of Vincent Sardisco member of Lt. Maxwell crew. He is pictured bottom row second from right. He was a waist gunner. My father is 87 years old and still in good health. He survived a crash in his B24 while returning from a mission in July of 1943 I believe. The tail gunner and the other waist gunner were the only other survivers. Would anyone have any information on the serial number or name of the aircraft and the circumstances of the crash? Thankyou.
